Davids previous roles within the industry were with Avery UK and PCL labels managing UK Dealers, Dealer Groups and Paper Merchants
Outside of work David has 3 children of 11, 9 and 3 resulting in all spare time being family orientated

Nigel has a degree in Business and Financial Economics, over 20 year experience within our industry, along with varied other experience including being a rugby coach and RFU Mentor, a member of The Institute of Collaborative Working where he sits on their Marketing and Communications Special Interest Group and was formerly a member of The Chartered Institute of Marketing, all of which we believe will benefit the BOSS Midlands members.
Outside of work Nigel enjoys socialising, travelling, spending time with his family and his devoted Labrador Lenny.

Shane began his career in the office supplies industry 18 years ago. After gaining valuable experience at Spicers and then Nectere, he decided to leverage his extensive knowledge to start his own business, leading to the founding of OWS in 2018. Shane possesses a deep understanding of the office products industry, complemented by a strong background in customer service, training, and sales. His passion for the industry is evident through his regular attendance at industry events, participation in online training and seminars, and weekly conversations with other dealers. Shane is looking forward to using his knowledge and experience to contribute to the Boss Federation Midlands Committee and is excited to work with the team.
Outside of running a business, Shane likes to spend time with his wife and two young daughters. He is a Birmingham City fan (for his sins) and loves Formula 1.

Sue joins the committee with a wealth of industry knowledge from all perspectives, starting her career with Office International (now Lyreco for the younger generation) for 13 years selling to initially their field sales customers before managing several of their larger clients in Strategic Accounts
Sue then set up her own business Brand Amplify in 2007 where she has enjoyed working with some incredible brands over the last 17 years.
In 2015 Sue attended a ceremony at Stationers Hall to become Freeman of the Worshipful Company of Stationers & Newspaper Makers, this was one of her proudest moments and achievements in her 30 years within the industry.
Sue is extremely focused and passionate not only about the industry but also about growing brands and working with and supporting the dealer channel.

An experienced sales professional whose office products career has spanned both Wholesalers and Manufacturers.
Steve has held senior positions for the last 16 years for wholesalers Vow and Spicers managing multi-million-pound sales budgets. Prior to this Steve worked for blue chip manufacturers such as Avery Dennison and John Dickinson, amongst others, implementing sales and marketing plans with full P&L responsibility. A retired referee formerly on the Football Associations list, Steve was also an FA registered instructor, assessor and mentor to up and coming football referees. Steve is a Fellow of the Institute of Sales Professionals.
Steve enjoys live music, foreign travel and local walks around his Suffolk home when not following his favourite team, Ipswich Town.
