With over 20 years of experience, she has successfully driven sales growth and led omni channel marketing campaigns for global power brands, spanning many different categories.
Starting her career in sales at Red Bull she has gone on to hold commercial and marketing positions across multiple channels and 4 years ago joined Reckitt to launch the trade marketing function in their newly created professional division. Her achievements in this role being recognised at the last BOSS awards where she was presented ‘Professional of the Year’, Linsey will be sharing her career journey so far!

Leanne’s career has taken her on a dynamic journey across diverse industries, each offering unique challenges and opportunities. She began in the legal sector before transitioning to the office supplies and stationery industry in 2005. After 11 years in that sector, she moved to the automotive industry, working with global brands such as Porsche, Audi, and Mercedes-Benz between 2015 and 2017, where she helped shape HR strategies at an international level. In late 2017, she took on her first board-level role with a tech company in Leeds, playing a pivotal role in M&A and a private equity sale.
In 2022, Leanne returned to her roots with evo, where she continues to focus on people development, building strong stakeholder relationships, and driving organisational success through its talent and culture. Over the years, she has led People and Culture teams across the UK, Europe, and the US. She is also proud to be a co-founder of the evo Foundation, which aims to tackle poverty within communities and break down barriers to education for those who need it most.
A recent highlight of Leanne’s career was being named Executive of the Year at the 2024 EOPA Awards—a recognition she is excited to share with the teams she has had the privilege to work alongside.
