I started the Operations Departmental Manager 104 course with BPIF at the beginning of February after moving into my new role as Business Operation manager at Cosmos. So far the Course has been extremely insightful. I have already expanded my knowledge and skills in leadership in the short space of time. The sessions with Matt are interactive and fun and we’ve got a great team of learners.
I have found the workload manageable around my day to day role and have really enjoyed further research into the topics we have discussed, There is help at every corner if I need it, great resources from BPIF and excellent tutor feedback !
I would recommend the course to any current managers, aspiring managers and future leaders

I started my apprenticeship in September 2021 at the age of 59, as you can imagine this was quite a step for me as I had not had any formal education for nearly 40 years.
In the beginning I was unsure of how I would cope with the course, the first 2 months I did not really feel that confident but as time went by with the help and encouragement of the training team, I began to really enjoy the course and found that it was really based on the job role I do and I have already learnt so much that I use and will continue to use.

I cannot recommend the course enough to anyone who is in management or looking to be soon, the team provides great support and encouragement and has helped me grow in confidence, the BPIF training provides support at every step tailoring the training to your individual needs and recognises your efforts making it a pleasure to be part of the course.
