BOSS Federation AGM & Members Day 2011

The 2011 BOSS Members' Day took place at Church House Conference Centre in Westminster.

The day began with the Chief Executives Conference, led by Richard Gibson who is a business coach.

The theme was the Truth about Leadership, where he discussed the value of having a strong leader within your business.

He led an interactive workshop where he discussed the latest research on leadership and its impact on the bottom line.
