BOSS LOTF Conference: Sustainable Leadership

The BOSS Leaders of the Future (LOTF) Committee announces new Co-chairs after their sell-out Conference, at the St Bride Foundation in London.

A packed room heard from three outstanding speakers:

• Anna Hemmings, MBE, OLY, discussed resilient leadership, drawing on her experiences as an Olympian, world champion and an expert in the field of resilience and leadership.
• Richard Boon, MD Webmart, shared his journey of aligning people, profit, and planet to look to the future and create sustainable leadership.
• Simone Hindmarch, MD Commercial, joined Amy Hutchinson, BOSS CEO, in a conversation that explained how she leads a £70 million business services company which ensures that sustainability is at the heart of how it operates.

These speakers were followed by an interactive afternoon in which delegates had the opportunity to participate in roundtables with current industry leaders and learn about their individual journeys, while also asking questions of a panel chaired by BOSS Chairman, Simon Drakeford.
