BOSS LOTF Conference: Innovative Leadership
A great day was had by the LOTF Community, all delegates participated in a tour of 3M’s outstanding Innovation Centre.
Dale Carnegie, one of the worlds’ top 20 best companies for Sales and Leadership Training and publishers of the book ‘How to win Friends and Influence People’ ran a leadership masterclass in emotional intelligence. This was a fast-paced,interactive session that gave delegates practical tools they can apply back in their day-to-day roles. The session focussed on:
- Emotional intelligent leadership through authenticity and engagement.
- How to disagree agreeably when innovating.
- Have difficult conversations
In the afternoon prominent leaders from the industry discussed how businesses evolve through innovation with keynote speeches and an interactive panel session.
