At the height of the pandemic, in order to survive then thrive the business needed to become significantly more agile and less burdened. This meant completely remodelling the business

We also needed to create a brand more in keeping with our aims and in 2020 Office Sense rebranded from Everything Office
Today the Office Sense team are 100% mobile with fixed costs of warehousing, office and vans replaced with a more agile ‘drop ship’ model and outsourced services. The outcome has proved to be better than we hoped, servicing our customers like never before, providing bespoke services that competitors find difficult to replicate.
As a team we are more successful than ever, winning new customers, retaining existing and growing their share of wallet all under the Office Sense brand
Amidst the pandemic's challenges, Office Sense embarked on a transformative journey.
Our rebranding from Everything Office and shift to an agile 'drop ship' model marked a pivotal evolution, allowing us to diversify from traditional stationery and cater to a broader range of customer needs. This strategic redirection, combined with our commitment to providing a bespoke customer experience, has led to unique orders, such as Christmas Trees and industrial machinery, showcasing our adaptability in meeting diverse client demands.
Structured account reviews have deepened our customer relationships, with many decision-makers seeking exclusive agreements, resulting in 40% of our revenue from special orders. Despite facing cost price inflation, our blend of personal relationships, transparency, and innovative technology has been key. By dynamically adjusting to genuine manufacturer cost increases and maintaining open dialogue, we've built trust, positioning Office Sense for sustained growth in a competitive landscape
We are honoured and thrilled to have been shortlisted for such a prestigious award, we could not be more delighted and this nomination is testament to the long hours and hard work we have invested in making this business thrive.
We would of course love to pick up the award on the evening but regardless of the result we are immensely proud to have been nominated and look forward to catching up with a few old friends and former colleagues on the 30th November
