Leadership – Redefined. A BOSS Leaders of the Future Conference

Leading, whether it's a team, department or project is never an easy task. Our Leaders of the Future Committee wanted to create a conference to address the new normal after COVID-19 and explore how businesses are redefining leadership. The pandemic created the ultimate break in routine and thrust many individuals into leadership positions but without the traditional training.

The LOTF committee invited those in our sector to take a day away from works demands to discover their leadership style with PRISM brain mapping and a wealth of experts. Delegates learnt how to raise their profile and build a personal brand, handle change and conflict and how to develop themselves and recognise talent to get the best from their teams.
