BOSS: When and how was Beaverswood® established?
BW: Beaverswood® was established in 1984 by our founder, Rodney Bevis, starting with a single product that we still sell today: self-adhesive numbers and letters.
BOSS: How has the business developed since then?
BW: Since 1984, we’ve been dedicated to creating high-quality, innovative products that meet the evolving needs of end-users while providing our valued resellers with new revenue streams. Today, our range includes aisle and rack identification solutions, floor markings and labelling, signage and document control, shadow boards, and industrial waste segregation sacks (racksack®).
BOSS: Are there any achievements or specialisms you’re particularly proud of?
BW: With over four decades of experience, a knowledgeable team, and a trusted range of solutions, we’re proud to be a leader in warehouse identification and visual management in the UK, Europe, and beyond. Our award-winning racksack® range has revolutionised waste separation processes in industrial environments and continues to grow in popularity.
We’re also proud to be part of IWS Group, which enables us to offer solutions like Rack Armour®, the Brandsafe® impact protection range, and Anco storage and shelving. Recently, we were honoured to win the Best Warehouse Visual Management Product Manufacturer 2024 award in the Logistics Warehouse and Supply Chain Awards.
BOSS: Why did Beaverswood® decide to join BOSS?
BW: We recognise BOSS as a valuable partner that can help us grow by promoting our products and services to its community of resellers. It’s a great way to connect with businesses that may want to diversify their traditional office supplies portfolio.
BOSS: Which aspects of BOSS’s offerings are you most looking forward to utilising, and why?
BW: We’re excited to collaborate with BOSS to provide its community with insights into the benefits of diversifying into industrial supplies – a rapidly growing market. Whether through research, webinars, or other initiatives, we’re looking forward to sharing valuable information.
